  • Our services are primarily provided by Gayle Mail within the United States unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of our service, you should not access or use our services, or any other aspect of Gayle Mail's business.

  • As part of our Services, Gayle Mail collects information about you and your usage of our products and services from various sources listed below.

 

User Registration Information

  • To use our Gayle Mail, you must create an account.

  • When you confirm/register your account, we collect your username, phone number and email address.

  • As a policy, we only retrieve and view the envelope and header details linked with your emails. The content of your emails is never retrieved or accessed by our computer systems.


‍Billing Information

  • When a payment is made on our App, we require everyone to provide their billing details, such as a name, address, email address and payment method. This information may include a credit card number, expiration date, and/or a bank account number. 


How is your information used:

  • We utilize your email address for communication and authentication purposes with 3rd party products integrated into our system. Rest assured, we never sell or rent any personally identifiable or aggregated information, including your email address, to any other company.

  • To diagnose and fix service-related issues, our engineers may require access to private data. However, such access must be approved by management, and we are dedicated to preserving the confidentiality of that data. We do not read the bodies of your email messages, but we may need to inspect the envelope information (To/From/Subject/Date) as part of the diagnosis process.

  • We may utilize non-identifying and aggregate information to enhance the design of our website.

  • We use cookies to monitor authentication and other session data. These cookies are not shared with other websites and are not used for marketing purposes. All personally identifiable information collected may be disclosed to judicial or governmental agencies, subject to warrants, subpoenas, or other legal orders. However, without legal compulsion, we will not disclose your information.

  • Lastly, we do not use or distribute the personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to those mentioned above.

  • We do not store your personal email data as required by applicable law. 

  • Despite the other provisions in this Privacy Policy, it should be noted that if you grant Gayle Mail access to your Google data, the following additional restrictions will apply: Gayle Mail will only use the access to allow access to word placement that allows users to process (move) emails.

We are committed to your privacy:

  • Safeguarding the privacy of young children is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from individuals under the age of 13, and none of our website content is intended to attract such individual.

  • To enhance and optimize our services and features, we conduct statistical and other analyses on the information we gather (including usage data, device data, referral data, and data from page tags) to evaluate and measure user behavior and trends, gain insight into how our services are being used, and monitor, diagnose, and enhance our services.

  • ‍When you choose to cancel your membership, your account will continue to be active until the end of your paid subscription period unless you request otherwise. At the end of the paid period, all canceled subscriptions are automatically deactivated and will revert to a free account status. To protect your privacy, all data indexed for your email will be automatically deleted from our servers 60 days after your last login to the service, provided there is no active subscription running. In the unlikely event that Gayle Mail must permanently close its services, we will notify all users via email and securely delete their account information from our servers in a timely manner. This is our commitment to maintaining the trust you place in Gayle Mail as a business.

  • ‍To respect your communication preferences, we may contact you for marketing purposes only if you have given us explicit consent to do so. You have the right to opt out of receiving such communications at any time, and we will honor your request promptly.

  • Gayle Mail may use your information for billing, account management, and administrative purposes, such as invoicing and keeping track of billing and payments. We may also contact you regarding your account and related issues.

Eligibility 

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Gayle Mail app. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

Acceptable Use You agree to use Gayle Mail only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this app by any third party.

Please note that we have no control over the content of these sites or resources, and we assume no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.   • Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited emails;

  • Distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful software;

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app or any user's account;

  • Engaging in any activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to a civil liability;

Disclaimer of Warranties Gayle Mail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties or representations that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

 

Limitation of Liability 

In no event shall Gayle Mail or its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

 

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold Gayle Mail and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the app or any breach of these terms and conditions.

 

Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the app following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

 

Subscription Fees

You shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorize Gayle Mail (and its payment processors) to debit your bank account or charge your credit card. You agree that all subscription plans are recurring and will be renewed automatically.

 

Cancellation Policy

You acknowledge that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription both month-to-month and annual plans. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time by using a link to manage the subscription from the payment confirmation email sent to you after the purchase or by informing us about your decision by email at support@gaylemail.com at least 2 business days before your subscription renewal date. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. Make sure you tell us your name and email used for the purchase. We will not be able to find your subscription if we do not have the correct details. Your access to the service will still be available until the end of the period you paid for. 

Refunds

Gayle Mail offers a free 7-day trial to anyone who wants to check out the service before committing to a paid subscription. 

For clients who purchased the subscription without using the trial, we can issue a refund for the service within 30 days of the original purchase date of the product under certain conditions: 

  • You are unable to access the service (your email service is not supported) 

  • You asked for a refund within 7 days of your purchase without using the service. This also applies to rebills (e.g.: you have been billed but did not use the service)

  • The chosen subscription is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by law.

  • Gayle Mail does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans.

  • All subscription plans are recurring and will be automatically renewed after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes both month-to-month and annual plans. 

Gayle Mail does not provide refunds or credits for any term prepaid by you and you will not receive any refund for any unused days of any periodic subscription term unless otherwise required by law. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. 

To avoid abuses of the service no refunds will be given to repeated purchases (users who purchased in the past and canceled) and for rebills where a proper cancellation request was not made at least 2 business days before the charge. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our service. 

 

Refund Policy for Annual Plans

 

Gayle Mail is dedicated to the success of our customers. However, we understand that users have unique requirements, capabilities, and limitations that may affect their ability to use Gayle Mail as intended. Therefore, we offer a Free Limited Trial and are happy to extend it to users who need to better evaluate our services and its compatibility with their specific needs.

 

Gayle Mail also offers Month-to-Month Subscription Plans, which allow customers to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel their subscription plan at any time without penalty. We recommend this option for most customers, especially those who do not have full certainty or control over their technology environment.

 

For customers who are certain that Gayle Mail is compatible with their needs, we offer an Annual Subscription Plan at a significant discount. It is your responsibility to evaluate Gayle Mail, including its features, limitations, and system requirements, before selecting the Annual Plan. We urge you to carefully consider your options before deciding. If you are not certain that Gayle Mail is the right fit for your use case, we advise against choosing the Annual Plan.

 

Annual Plan

Gayle Mail operates on a no-refund policy for customers who select the Annual Plan, regardless of their understanding of system requirements or compatibility issues such as poor internet speed or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions. By selecting the Annual Plan, you are committing to a one-year subscription contract that will expire 12 months from the date of signing up. You are responsible for paying for the entire subscription term, even if you choose to cancel your subscription before the term ends. In this case, you will still be charged for the remaining months of your subscription, and you will have access to the service benefits until the end of the term.
